The conclusion of the guest accommodation contract obliges the contractual partners to fulfill the contract, regardless of the duration for which the contract is concluded.

1. Conclusion of contract

The guest accommodation contract is concluded as soon as the accommodation service has been ordered (booking) and confirmed (confirmation). Both oral and written forms are binding for confirmation.

2. Prices and services

The prices are final. They include all additional costs unless otherwise stated. Special conditions that are available to you when making your booking request or when concluding the contract apply in addition. The prices given do not include tourist tax. The usual local tourist tax must be paid on site.

3. Cancellation/withdrawal

3.1 General regulations

We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance. We accept the following cancellation conditions. Any deviations will be indicated to you on your booking confirmation when booking.

3.2 Cancellation conditions

• For single travelers up to the 45th day before departure 10%, at least 25 euros;
• Up to the 30th day before departure 25%;
• Bis zum 22. Tag vor Reiseantritt 50%; danach 80%;
• If you don't start the trip, 90%.

3.3 The landlord is obliged in good faith to allocate unused rooms to someone else if possible in order to avoid cancellations.

4. Until the room is rented to someone else, the guest must pay the amount calculated in accordance with Section 1 for the duration of the contract.

The exclusive place of jurisdiction is the place of operation.
